Southwest Microwave has expanded its Factory Training Program to include a three-day training class on New Generation INTREPID™ sensors. Beginning in January 2012, INTREPID™ Series II certification will be offered on a monthly basis at the company’s Tempe, Arizona headquarters to integrators, installers and end users working with the new system.
As with Southwest Microwave’s current course offerings, this new class will include lecture and hands-on elements, and provide the system set-up and servicing details necessary to ensure successful installation and operation of the MicroPoint™ II fence detection system and the MicroTrack™ II buried cable detection system.
Note that due to ease of use of New Generation INTREPID™ systems, Series II certification is not required for students previously trained on the INTREPID™ MicroPoint™ Cable or MicroTrack™ systems (INTREPID™ Series II training does not exempt those looking to sell or service original MicroPoint™ or MicroTrack™ systems from mandatory training on these products).
Like all of Southwest Microwave’s factory training courses, INTREPID™ Series II training will be offered free of charge, though participants are responsible for travel and lodging during their stay.
