This new application enables seamless communication between IndigoVision’s Control Center management software and Southwest Microwave’s INTREPID™ perimeter intrusion detection systems, improving the efficiency of security network infrastructure. This innovative platform makes it easier than ever to integrate highly intelligent remote site monitoring with alarm and video management from a single user interface.
On receipt of alarm and event information from INTREPID™ Series II devices, the INTREPID™ Integration Module will graphically display alarm locations, trigger live video, move PTZ cameras, start recordings or other response scenarios and send notification emails – helping to dramatically decrease operator response time.
With this feature-rich interface, monitoring remote locations is simplified, making it ideal for large end-users in the transportation, critical utilities, government, correctional and security-sensitive industrial sectors, served broadly worldwide by both Southwest Microwave and IndigoVision. Intelligent perimeter detection via Southwest Microwave’s field-proven fence, buried cable and digital microwave smart sensors is fully integrated with IndigoVision’s complete IP video technologies, and can be easily managed from locations thousands of miles away – even over satellite. High quality live and recorded video is easily transmitted over restricted network bandwidth by IndigoVision’s IP encoder and camera technology.
