Dubai, UAE – Southwest Microwave is pleased to welcome Mark Pedregosa as its new Technical Manager, supervising technical support activities in the Middle East, North and South Africa, the Indian Subcontinent and Philippines. Mark has recently relocated to Dubai from Singapore, and brings 13 years of IT and technical service experience to the company’s regional team.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an extensive professional background in system testing / implementation, project deployment and training, Mark has provided onsite and remote technical support to a Global customer base in the communications, financial and industrial sectors for companies such as StarHub, Barclays, Lawsons and Unilever.
